Flash (2007) is a blinding light burst and loud gong of sound that resonated for days in a public space. For a brief moment, a large flash of light and sound saturated the surrounding region. The sound that rang out as the light was released softly resonated for the duration of the festival accompanied by a glowing blue light.

Flash (2007) was commissioned by the Port Festival as part of the There Forever ephemeral public art project, 2007 Port Festival, Australia.
