One day I meet an animation director, a children theater actor, and a cultural geologist.  Inspired by the meetings I script the premise of antimapping according to characters of Beijing Sci-fi.  Imagine the result of a meeting where fictional characters speak (in English) back to their real-world encounters.

一天，我遇上动画导演，儿童剧演员，和文化地理学家。受会议启发，我把《北京科幻》里的角色用反映像的前提重新手写一遍。当小说人物在现实生活里的相遇，可以想像（用英文交流）这次会议的结果。

Everyday Glass City entrepreneurs wail new tricks to survive in a cursed creative industry.   Everyone invents/mismatches a series of pragmatic service combos, only a handful of owners succeed in dumping conducts, one massive lump after another.

A bakery photo depot is failing to meet popular neological challenge.   It just so happens that Nara finds his refugee inside this particularly outdated pastry darkroom.  From his hiding spot, squatting behind a rustic photo-biscuit counter, Nara watches an angry trail of kapok polka dots roll pass the store entrance.   The child soldier spots a shifty dragonfly is perched above the cashier register, so he jumps up to orders a large photo soup with medium matte finish, and pretends to ask for the direction to CARDIA hostel.

格拉斯司迪的平凡企业家哭着喊着，他们百出新招地在一个被诅咒的创意产业里生存。大家发明／配错一系列相当重实效的服务烩制，只有一小部分的店主成功指挥一堆又一堆的大型倾销活动。

有一个面包摄影坊无法满足大众的新义竞赛。正好奈良就躲在这家破废的点心暗房里。蹲在他的躲藏处里，从一排放着照片饼干的老柜台后面， 奈良看到一组愤怒的木棉花圆点滚过店门口。儿童军队员发觉，有一只可疑的蜻蜓一动不动地立在收银员的头上，他马上跳起来点了一大碗表面无光泽的图片汤，又假装探问去CARDIA青年旅馆的路。
